What is Jeevan Setu?

Jeevan Setu is a pioneering mobile, digital, and community-supported rehabilitation platform designed to bring complete rehab and therapy services directly to rural and underserved areas. We integrate physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychological counselling, women’s rehab, elderly care, cardiac/pulmonary rehab, and vocational support — all in one flexible model.

We utilize modified e-rickshaws or carts as mobile therapy units, equipped with low-cost tools. Our unique approach involves training local community members like ASHA workers, anganwadi workers, local youth, and volunteers in basic rehab techniques. These trained helpers act as frontline providers under remote supervision via WhatsApp or video calls from registered rehab professionals.

Jeevan Setu builds an integrated rural rehab ecosystem that is affordable, inclusive, and scalable, ensuring people regain mobility, communication, mental well-being, and livelihood after illness or injury — regardless of where they live.

Jeevan Setu Cycle Unit: Rehab on the Go

The Jeevan Setu Cycle Unit is a small, affordable mobile rehab setup fitted on a bicycle or e-bike. It carries basic physiotherapy equipment to deliver home or community-based treatment in villages.

Ramesh Yadav: A Journey from Paralysis to Walking

Ramesh Yadav, a 27-year-old stroke survivor from a rural village in Gaya, was bedridden for months due to paralysis.
